ONLY LOVE IS REAL
Many people have talked about LOVE and everyone agrees to a point that it is the most important thing anyone can think of. This article features why LOVE is so important and why it is said that LOVE is the only Real thing it also talks about the importance of being in present.
" All is love, with love comes understanding and compassion and then comes patience. And then time stops. And everything is now".
Importance of LOVE
- Love is the ultimate Answer : Love is not an abstraction but an actual energy, which you can create and maintain in your being. Just be loving.Feel loving and express your love.
- Love Dissolves fear : You cannot be afraid when you are feeling love. Since everything is energy, and love encompasses all energies, all is love.
- Love Can forgive : When you are loving and unafraid, you can forgive. You can forgive others, and you can forgive yourself. You begin to see with proper perspective.
- Love has a power to heal : You can cure yourself in five minutes if you come to the proper understanding or in fifty years. Therapy can be done to the self. Understanding is the therapy. Use your intuitive wisdom to experience love again. Meditate. See that everything is interconnected and interdependent. See the Unity, not the differences. See your true self.
- Love brings Satisfaction : When you feel love, you feel satisfied in life. You begin to understand that there is a reason for everything and rough times in life helps you to become a better person.
- Love creates a feeling of unity : You begin to understand that we are all one and connected and are part of the same universe.
- Love makes us more compassionate : We become more compassionate towards us and others which in turn helps to make this world a better place.
Love is the only Reality
Dr.Brian Weiss in this book only Love is Real writes that We have heard about the soul connections and people who are bonded eternally by their love and who come around together and together again, life after life. It is a story that happens silently every day.
There is someone special for everyone. Often there are two or three or even four. They come from different generations. They travel across oceans of time and the depths of heavenly dimensions to be with you again. They come from the other side. They look different, but your heart know them.
Being in the present
The Vietnamese Buddhist Monk and Philosopher, Thich Nhat Hanh, writes about enjoying a good cup of tea. You must be completely awake in the present to enjoy the tea. Only in the awareness of the present can your hands feel the pleasant warmth of the cup. Only in the present can you savour the aroma, taste the sweetness, appreciate the delicacy. If you are ruminating about the past or worrying about the future, you will completely miss the experience of the cup of tea. You will look down at the cup, and the tea will be gone.
Life is like that. If you are not fully in the present, you will look around and it will be gone. You will have missed the feel, the aroma, the delicacy and beauty of life. It will seem to be speeding past you.
The Past is finished. Learn from it and let it go. The future is not even here yet. Plan for it, but do not waste you time worrying about it. Worrying is worthless. When you stop ruminating about what has already happened, when you stop worrying about what might never happen, then you will be in the present moment. Then you will begin to experience joy in life.
Lastly I left you with some quotes on Love.
- “We accept the love we think we deserve.” - Stephen Chbosky
- "I am not sure what heaven will be like, but I know that when we die and it comes time for God to Judge us, he will not ask, How many good things have you done in your life ? rather he will ask, How much love did you put into what you did ?" - Mother Teresa
- “Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.” ― lao Tzu
