RAISE YOUR VIBRATION
Today
I want to talk about 5 ways to raise our vibration. I am inspired by reading Anita
Moorjani’s post and think its something that I feel more people should
know about this, that our world that we live in is made up of energy. Everything is
just atoms vibrating at different frequencies and vibrations.
I am sure you guys
have learned in school about science that An atom is mostly empty space. So
much of things that seem physical are just empty space, and the qualities of
physical things are because they’re vibrating at different frequencies.
To put it in another
way, when I’m talking about people we have low and high vibrations -when you
think about high vibration in people, those are feelings of joy, positivity,
love, etc...All of those are high vibrational feelings or states of
being. And lower vibrational states of being are depression, sadness,
anger and all of that.
I agree that all of
us cannot always have a vibration of high frequencies as contrasts also play a very important role in deciding what we do want but I suggest all of us should
at least take out some time in our day to spend a few minutes practicing
high-frequency vibrations this will not only make you feel good but also
changes the way we see things around us.
1. NATURE: Going Barefoot in nature immediately helps to raise our vibration. Stepping out onto the sand, putting your feet into the ocean, hugging a tree, all of this clears your energy. Nature is an incredible neutralizer of energy.
2. FEEL THE FEELING OF LOVE: Try to feel the feeling of love that your deceased loved ones have for you. Feel them embracing you, loving you, and guiding you, and hold that feeling of love for a long as you can but a minimum of 20 seconds. If you can practice that intermittently, it becomes easier and easier to love yourself.
3. MEDITATE : Meditation
has so many benefits. It
helps you have a clearer mind. It
helps you destress. It
helps you maintain balance in your life, feel grounded. You
should know by now that meditation is amazing for you. Its
essentially a way for you to practice returning to your core, your true self,
your soul. And
it really raises your vibration, because when you meditate, you
learn to stop thinking thoughts, you
learn to control your mind a little more than as your thoughts aren't running on
autopilot. So
when you have more control over your thoughts and your mindset and your life, you
just feel like you have it together, so that will naturally raise your
vibrations as well.
4. EMPOWERING RELAXATION TECHNIQUE: Make a list of statements like I am replenished, I am safe, I am divine, I am Trust, I am fulfilled, I am Protected, I am abundant. Put on some soothing music that you love. Relax, think of those words, see them in your mind's eye, and feel yourself getting replenished.
5. APPRECIATION: Express appreciation for yourself and for where you are in your life right now. Show appreciation for everything that you are experiencing in your life and write it into a gratitude journal.
I hope practicing any or all of these ways will lead you to a better version of yourself 💓
