First of all, it means beginning to feel full again. In an effort to be in control and appear mature, we have to repress, suppress, and hide hurt and pain, often refusing to acknowledge them even to ourselves. Thinking positive and being in control are new mantras that have suffocated spontaneity. Authenticity has vanished.
The first step to reclaiming that essence of our being is becoming childlike in the way we process emotions. Gently allow yourself to open up to experiencing all of them. Accept that some emotions are comfortable and others not
"The aim of life is to live and to live means to be aware, joyously, drunkenly, serenely, divinely aware." - Henry Miller
Our fears, Ego, conditioning, mind-sets, worries, hurts, and doubts keep us imprisoned. If we could only let go of those bars and turn around, we would realize that in fact, we're already free. The choice is with each of us whether we want to remain in the cell of fear, ego, or walk free in the forest.
Are you ready to make that choice? Do you want to?
- to continue to live in darkness or in the light of joyous awareness?
- to be in a state of resistance or in a state of flow?
- to remain a victim or be empowered?
- to fear Life or be in unconditional love with it?
- that real strength is personified by the gentleness of love, not domination through fear.
- that the power you have inside you is infinite compared with what you seek outside.
- that the Invisible Force that makes things happen is more than any visible action.
- that flow is so much more relaxing than resistance and control.
- that you're responsible only for giving intent and receiving abundance is your right.
- that Joy and Love are what you have come here to experience, preferably in every moment!
Good, keep doing. God bless you.
