According to Buddha in whose life the ray of meditation descends? Why should we not condemn others?

Lord Buddha resided in Jetavan. A young man from a nearby village took initiation of sannyas. He used to criticize everyone. If there was a reason, he would not have missed it, even when there was no reason, he used to condemn. If there was no reason, he would find the reason. If he could not find a reason, he would have created a reason. If someone gives charity, he condemns it, and if someone gives charity, he says – Oh, is this a donation? If you want to learn to give, then learn from my family. He kept on praising his family. The condemnation of the rest of the world, the praise of his family, that was his whole job. Your caste, your clan.

Once some monks went to his village and found that just as he used to condemn others in vain, he also praised his family in vain. He did not have any condition, he came from a family with very inferiority complexes.

The monks told this to the Lord Buddha. God said that only an inferiority complex becomes a claimant for superiority, those who are superior do not even know about their superiority. That is also an essential characteristic of excellence. Then this young man not only goes around doing this at this time, he used to do the same thing in the past-and-and in this life too.

People give according to their faith and devotion.

And said to the young man that if they give it to others, then what is the problem with you?  At least they gave it to someone, If you cannot bear seeing the food and drink of others and that others got food, you did not get it, others got clothes, you did not get it, then understand one thing for sure that you will never attain samadhi either day or night. You will never find a solution, you will never get a ray of meditation in your life.

The ray of meditation descends in the life of those who are satisfied in all respects. Whatever they say is good. As it is, good luck. In happiness, in sorrow, in success-failure, in defeat-victory, whatever is said, whatever is right, is auspicious, samadhi flourishes in their lives. 'Whose such attitude has been shattered, has been completely destroyed, dissatisfaction attitude. He attains Samadhi anytime day or night.

There is a valuable thing in this thread. If you want to attain meditation, prepare a land of contentment. The cultivation of meditation flourishes only in the land of contentment. Water your life with contentment, so that dissatisfaction is destroyed from the root.
