FIVE WAYS TO MAKE IT THROUGH TOUGH TIMES IN LIFE


Life is a series of good and bad experiences, one should never loose hope in bad times as it brings valuable experiences making the person more wiser, hard and grounded. Good and bad are all part of our life process and one should take it positively, you can take example of a life of a tree, it has all phases staring from the seed to flowers, fruits and a tree, again it sheds its leaves, stems to have new series of growth.

One can follow 5 simple and easy ways to stay balance in tough times : 

1. Keep your energy levels high : 

By doing simple things which brings happiness will help to keep your energy levels high, one should give at least 15-20 mins to a activity in a day which brings joy into their life such as painting, cooking, taking a walk in park, reading or anything that brings a shift in your energy.

2. Contribute to your surroundings : 

Do something everyday which makes this planet more beautiful, it can be anything like picking a piece of trash on the road or giving a seat to a elder in a bus or train. These small act of kindness can bring a lot of change around you and also help you built a corner of kindness in your heart.

3. Go out and look for the signs from universe : 

Don't sit idle on a couch, go out and look for answers from the universe, universe is always trying to help us but one should be open and receptive to the answers, one can get reply to his queries from unexpected sources such as a person sitting next to you in a park, a sign board or from a magazine. Just be open and receptive. Life is a miracle.

4. Self Love

We often forget ourselves while running around to full fill our daily requirements. During tough times don't forget to love yourself. Your experiences are a reflection of you and how you treat yourself. 

5. Gratitude

Be grateful for what you have right now is a key to bring sudden shift in your tough times. If you can focus you must have certain things which you can be grateful now such a computer or a phone which enables you to stay connected with the world, you can find lot of things around you which you can be grateful for, write down at least 2 things daily which you are grateful for and get ready for a big positive change in your life.
